Billings, MT
The Marble Coffee Company, a family-owned and -run business, is located downtown at 27 N 27th Street in Billings, on the main level of the DoubleTree Hotel. Give them a try if you're in the area!
Fun fact about Billings: Pompey's Pillar, a rock formation located near Billings, features the only remaining physical evidence of the Lewis and Clark Expedition—William Clark's signature.

Lafayette, LA
Fivemile Eatery is located at 317 Heymann Boulevard in Lafayette, and is a fast-casual healthy breakfast and lunch eatery with a craft coffee bar.
Fun fact about Lafayette: Located in the heart of Acadiana, a region known for its Cajun culture, Lafayette is known as the Happiest City in America. It earned the name due to its friendly residents and reputation as a welcoming place.

The Island of Kauai
On Kauai, Dark Horse Coffee Roasters, located at 5521 Koloa Road, is one of the many coffee shops on the island serving Hawaii's finest roasts. You can also visit Talk Story Bookstore, the westernmost bookstore in the United States. Or, see if you can spot a seal relaxing on one of Kauai's many beautiful beaches.
Fun fact about Kauai: Kauai is the oldest island in Hawaii, formed over 5 million years ago, and it’s also the second wettest place on earth, earning Kauai the moniker “the Garden Isle,” offering lush rainforests due to all the rain.

Raton, NM
111 Park, Espresso Bar & Cafe, is located at 111 Park Avenue in Raton and offers exceptional coffees, teas, and baked goods. The cafe is open for both breakfast and lunch, seven days a week.
Raton is known as the “Gateway to the Rockies” due to its proximity to the Rocky Mountains, at an elevation of 6,352 feet. The historic Santa Fe Depot is an Amtrak stop and still sees rail traffic twice a day.

Hopkinsville, KY
You'll find The Corner Coffeehouse at 1100 South Main Street in Hopkinsville. In addition to coffees and teas, they offer a variety of baked goods, and brunch and lunch items. An added bonus is their collection of used books that you can look through and purchase if something catches your eye.
Hopkinsville is often referred to as the “Batter Capital of the World” due to its significant flour milling industry. The region is known for its fertile farmland, particularly for crops like tobacco, corn, soybeans, and wheat.
